The brief was to show how the apartments created from Highbury Stadium would look, prior to build, and to create an exciting sales tool to assist the promotional team. Stone Productions film crew covered the final game at Highbury (an exciting match where Arsenal won 3-1 against Liverpool, providing great shots for the DVD). Stone Productions Creative followed this by using overhead Helicopter and Hovver cams and animation to record aerial footage. The DVD portrays Arsenal as a winning team and a successfully property developing team.
